Book Review for "The Princess Academy."

Hey everyone!
Sorry I have been gone so long!
I have had "hell week," all week for drama, and had the plays Friday and Saturday.
Recently, I have reread The Princess Academy.
The Princess Academy is one of my all time favorite books!
I have read this book a number of times, and is always magical.
The author, Shannon Hale, is one of my favorite authors.
Her other books are so good!  I recommend them very much, so you should look them up!  Anyway, back to the review.  The Princess Academy is about a mountain girl named, Miri.  She feels like that she is worthless because of her almost handicap.  She a very small fourteen year old girl with skinny arms (kinda like me) therefore, she thinks that is why her father won't let her work in the quarry.  But, when an unexpected visit from the lowlander king's messenger turns her world upside down, stating that all girl twelve through eighteen must go to a fancy school and learn how be a princess, Miri must decide who or what she wants to be a princess or to be with Peder her boyish childhood friend...
This story honestly surprised me with unexpected twists and turns that I would have never even dreamed of.
Shannon Hale brings a book full of poetry and fairytales to life in an amazing and real encounter with the courageous people of Mount Eskel, and that is why she my favorite author.
